OneShop runs the online store «مركز مكة» (Makkah Center) for customers in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and builds OneScale, the platform our team uses to manage orders, delivery, stock and customer messages.

Who we are
OneShop is an e-commerce company. We sell consumer products online and deliver them to our customers' doors in the Gulf.

«مركز مكة» (Makkah Center) is our customer-facing brand: the name customers see on our order pages and on WhatsApp.

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, through local delivery companies.
How customers pay
Cash on delivery: customers pay only when the parcel arrives. We never ask for card details.
How an order works
Customers order on our product page by leaving their name, phone number and address. Our team confirms the order, prepares it and hands it to the delivery company.

How we use WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp Business number, «مركز مكة», is used only for customer service around orders.
- We only message customers who placed an order with us and gave us their phone number for that order.
- Messages are about their order: confirmation, missing address details, delivery status and answers to their questions.
- We never sell or share phone numbers, and we do not message people who are not our customers.
- Customers can stop messages at any time by replying STOP (or «توقف»).
- We follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Commerce Policies.
